Haykakan Zhamanak: Armenikum contains fatal dose of iodine

Armenikum drug has no curing effect. It is banned all over the world. It contains a high dose of iodine, which is fatal, Ashot Gevorgyan, national program officer of the HIV/AIDS international alliance in Armenia, told Haykakan Zhamanak. 

Haykakan Zhamanak’s correspondent asked the Armenian Health Ministry to comment on the information about the ban of Armenikum. However, the Ministry proposed to present a written inquiry, promising to reply within two days.
