Hraparak: There are 3 candidates for position of HAC head

A contest for position of chairman of the Higher Attestation Commission of Armenian Education and Science Ministry will be held on December 3. Hraparak daily’s correspondent asked Civil Service Council’s spokesman about how many candidates there are for the position and who they were. But the spokesman replied that their names are kept secret and only said that there are 3 candidates for the position.
