Zhoghovurd: ‘Cadre massacre’ underway in Yerevan Conservatory

Rector of Yerevan Komitas State Conservatory Shahen Shahinyan carries out a ‘cadre massacre.’ Although nothing is said about the real aim of the dismissals, Zhoghovurd daily has learnt that the aim is to move to a smaller building with a smaller staff.
