Armenia beats Turkey in World Chess Team Championship round 7

Armenian men’s chess team beat Turkey 3-1 in round 7 of the World Chess Team Championship in Antalya. Aronian beat Ipatov and Sargissian beat Yilmaz. Akopian and Petrosian drew with Solak and Can respectively.

Armenian team currently has 8 points and is sharing the 4th-5th position with the Netherlands, whom it will face in round 8 scheduled for Wednesday.
