Hraparak: No heating, electricity in Armenian parliament

It was very cold in Armenia’s National Assembly yesterday, with no heating in the building and electricity cut off, Hraparak daily reports.

“After 17:00 people were bumping into each other in dark corridors, water coolers were turned off. It was being felt that NA speaker Hovik Abrahamyan was in India, so there was no point in lighting up and heating the National Assembly building, which is considered as his “estate,” Hraparak notes.
