Hraparak: Oskanian may set up new party

Vartan Oskanian may withdraw from Prosperous Armenia Party and set up a new party on the basis of the Civilitas Foundation and mass media and together with supporters of European integration, Hraparak daily writes, citing its sources. 

It is talked that this would be beneficial for the Armenian authorities, who hurry to join the Customs Union, and would help maintain balance in the country, the newspaper notes.
