The Armenian Center for National and International Studies (ACNIS) founded by Raffi Hovannisian may be closed soon due to financial difficulties, Hraparak daily writes, adding that the reason of it is Raffi Hovannisian’s failure as a political figure.
ACNIS was founded in 1994 by then-Foreign Minister Raffi Hovannisian. Now, the West in fact declines to finance Raffi Hovannisian and his research center. Hovannisian is currently abroad and is looking for donors for his center.
