Hraparak: Vladimir Gasparyan plans to turn police into ministry

Armenian police chief Vladimir Gasparyan plans to turn police into a ministry, Hraparak writes.

He tries to apply the Western, in particular the French model, that is, local and municipal processes will also be within the jurisdiction of the ministry, the newspaper says.

An agreement about it has already been reached with the authorities and the respective legislative initiative may be introduced in the near future, Hraparak adds.
