Hraparak: Arkady Ghukasyan may become next President of Karabakh

The authorities have decided behind the scenes that former NKR President Arkady Ghukasyan, who is currently in Seoul with Serzh Sargsyan and has always been a connecting link between Robert Kocharyan and Serzh Sargsyan, will become the next President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, Hraparak writes. 

However, the newspaper’s sources found it difficult to say whether that “bridge” will be maintained following the latest events.
