Zhoghovurd: NSC Secretary develops family business at expense of country’s budget

Secretary of National Security Council (NSC) of Armenia, leader of Orinats Yerkir Party Arthur Baghdasaryan uses the funds of the country’s budget to develop his family business, Zhoghovurd daily says.

It became known that CSTO Secretary General Nikolai Bordyuzha and the Russian delegation stayed at Imperial Palace Hotel while visiting Armenia on November 8-13 of last year. That hotel reportedly belongs to Arthur Baghdasaryan’s brother, the newspaper notes.

“NSC paid for the hotel services – over AMD 540,000 – from the country’s budget,” the newspaper says.
