Zhamanak: Heritage not to hold rally on February 18

Although it was announced in advance that Heritage party leader Raffi Hovannisian called a rally at Liberty Square on February 18, on the first anniversary of the presidential elections in Armenia, and Yerevan Municipality was informed about it, the meeting format was changed yesterday: it was decided that the Heritage leader will deliver an “annual national address” at Ani Plaza Hotel on that day, Zhamanak newspaper writes.
