Haykakan Zhamanak: Not all services at Armenian polyclinics to be free

Beginning March 1, not all services provided by Armenian polyclinics will be free. Citizens not listed in special groups will have to make payments for laboratory services, Haykakan Zhamanak writes. 

With part of the sum to be paid by the state, the remaining part has to be paid by the citizen. Also, from March 1, those entitled to use free health services under the “state order” system will receive documents confirming such right.
