Karabakh President honors victims of Sumgait massacres

On February 28, on the occasion of the 26th anniversary of Sumgait massacres, Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited Stepanakert Memorial Complex and laid flowers at the memorial to the innocent victims.

President Sahakyan was accompanied by primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirossyan and top officials of the republic, the press service of Artsakh Republic President reports.
