Leading Armenian chess players to face favorites in R1 of European Individual Championship

A drawing of lots was held for the European Individual Chess Championship due on March 2-15 in Yerevan. The first round starts at 3:00 pm.

All leading female chess players of Armenia participate in the championship. Two of them will be at the center of attention: in Round 1, Elina Danielian and Lilit Mkrtchyan will face Pavel Eljanov and Dmitry Jakovenko, respectively.
