Armenian IM Alina Balaian scored 8 points out of 9 to win the title of Saint Petersburg Rapid Chess Champion. Her closest rivals, WGMs Olga Stjazhkina and Irina Sudakova, were 2 points behind the Armenian chess player, armchess.am said.
