Haykakan Zhamanak: CIS Interstate Bank’s claims against Nairit sustained

Yesterday, Moscow’s Arbitration Court sustained the claim of the CIS Interstate Bank against Armenia’s Nairit plant, Haykakan Zhamanak writes. Thus Nairit must transfer over USD 25 million to the bank. The newspaper notes that on November 22, the Arbitration Court sustained the bank’s claim against Rhinoville Property Limited, owner of 90% shares of Nairit, and USD 108 million must be transferred to the bank.
