Aravot: Ukraine prepared to negotiate with Russia, Ambassador says

Ukraine is a very peaceful state so it does not plan a military operation against Crimea, Ukrainian Ambassador to Armenia Ivan Kukhta told Aravot. 

He stressed that Ukraine is prepared to negotiate with Russia and Crimea and explained that “Kiev is prepared to sit down at the negotiating table and review the granting of wider autonomy to Crimea.”

“I think this is right. Diplomatic efforts have not been exhausted,” the envoy said.
