Haykakan Zhamanak: Aghvan Hovsepyan continues enjoying perquisites of top official

Armenia’s former Prosecutor General Aghvan Hovsepyan, who now awaits his appointment as head of the State Investigative Committee, continues enjoying perquisites of a top official, Haykakan Zhamanak writes.

“In particular, the former prosecutor continues to keep his security guards. He is accompanied by State Security Service special cars and travels by his Volkswagen Phaeton,” the newspaper says.
