Haykakan Zhamanak: Hrachya Harutyunyan may be sentenced to 7 years in prison

Yesterday the investigation was completed into the road accident in which Armenian truck driver Hrachya Harutyunyan was involved near Moscow last July. The case was sent to the Prosecutor’s Office, Haykakan Zhamanak writes. 

The investigation found out that Harutyunyan’s truck did not undergo technical inspection and that its brakes did not work well. The investigation finds that Harutyunyan was to be aware of it. The driver faces up to 7 years in prison, the newspaper notes.
