Zhoghovurd: Non-coalition forces’ rally will not take place

The unified rally of four non-coalition parliamentary factions – ARFD, Prosperous Armenia Party, Armenian National Congress and Heritage – scheduled to be held today in Gyumri ahead of the April 28 national rally will not take place as the situation has changed, Zhoghovurd writes. ARFD faction head Armen Rustamyan has said that ARFD will make part of the government if the government accepts the party’s 6-point plan. 

According to the newspaper, Prosperous Armenia also intends to present a 7-point plan and if Serzh Sargsyan accepts it, PAP will also agree to make part of the government.
