No traces of violence on Arsen Khojoyan’s body, doctor says

Released captive Arsen Khojoyan’s health condition is normal, resuscitation specialist of St. Gregory the Illuminator Medical Center Arthur Tigranyan told Panorama.am, adding that the medical examination showed no disorders.

“No traces of violence have been found on his body. He is able to speak,” the doctor said.

Azerbaijan handed Arsen Khojoyan over to the Armenian side today, April 10. 23-year-old civilian Arsen Khojoyan had crossed into Azerbaijan on March 7, 2014.
