Haykakan Zhamanak: David Harutyunyan may become Chief of Government Staff

Chairman of the Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs of Armenian National Assembly David Harutyunyan will be appointed Minister-Chief of Government Staff, according to Haykakan Zhamanak. Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) parliamentary faction secretary Hovhannes Sahakyan will replace Harutyunyan in parliament. 

The newspaper adds that deputy speaker of Armenian parliament Hermine Naghdalyan will replace Mr Harutyunyan as head of the Armenian delegation to PACE.
