Hraparak: Galust Sahakyan to become parliament speaker

In case of Arthur Baghdasaryan’s resignation, there are two likely candidates for the position of secretary of the National Security Council (NSC): Armen Ashotyan and Karen Karapetyan, Hraparak writes. 

Despite the rumors that Karen Karapetyan has declined to assume any position, according to the newspaper’s sources, he will become NSC secretary. Galust Sahakyan will become parliament speaker, the newspaper adds.
