Hraparak: Arthur Baghdasaryan elected President of CSTO Academy Board

Citing its sources, Hraparak writes that Secretary of the National Security Council Arthur Baghdasaryan has been elected President of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) Academy Board. 

“A considerable sum was recently provided to the CSTO center being built in Armenia for a rapid fulfillment of the Academy’s aims to the benefit of Russia,” the newspaper comments.
