Zhoghovurd: Vazgen Sargsyan’s brother appointed Advisor to Defense Minister

Armen Sargsyan, the brother of Armenia’s former Prime Minister Vazgen Sargsyan killed in a terrorist act in Armenian parliament in 1999, has been appointed Advisor to Armenian Defense Minister, Zhoghovurd writes. The newspaper notes that Seyran Ohanyan made this appointment with the approval of President Serzh Sargsyan.
