Hraparak: Arpine Hovhannisyan may head Armenian delegation to PACE

Chairman of the Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs of the National Assembly David Harutyunyan will be replaced either by Hovhannes Sahakyan or Arpine Hovhannisyan, who will also head the Armenian delegation to PACE, Hraparak writes. The newspaper notes that Artak Davtyan may become Minister of Education and Science.
