Zhoghovurd: Economy Ministry employees learn foreign languages

Employees of Armenia’s Ministry of Economy are being taught foreign languages, Zhoghovurd writes. AMD 710,000 was allocated from the state budget in late 2013 for that purpose. 15 employees of the Ministry have learnt English and 2 employees have learnt Russian.
