Hraparak: RPA faces cadre shortage

The Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) faces a serious cadre shortage - it cannot elect a new head of the RPA parliamentary faction, Hraparak writes. 

According to the newspaper, in all probability, Galust Sahakyan will retain his post as head of the RPA faction and will simultaneously serve as parliament speaker. Gagik Melikyan will be secretary of the RPA faction.
