Zhamanak: Arpine Hovhannisyan may be appointed Deputy Justice Minister

Armenian Deputy Justice Minister Aram Orbelyan has resigned. Media reports say MP from the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) Arpine Hovhannisyan will be appointed Deputy Justice Minister, Zhamanak writes.
