Hraparak: Authorities cannot decide on candidate for NSC secretary

The authorities cannot decide on the candidate for secretary of the National Security Council (NSC), according to Hraparak. Former President of Nagorno-Karabakh Arkady Ghukasyan declined to hold that position as he aspires to become President of Artsakh. 

“I see no sense in working at the National Security Council,” Ghukasyan has said.

“It is not ruled out that NSC will return to its former status and become a structure under the President of Armenia,” the newspaper says.
