Haykakan Zhamanak: Government program consists of good wishes

Haykakan Zhamanak newspaper obtained a draft program of the new government. According to the newspaper, the draft program almost totally consists of good wishes. 

“By the draft, the government shall ensure 5 percent medium term growth of GDP,” the newspaper notes.
