Hraparak: Hovik Abrahamyan is already cooperating with Premiers’ Club

Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan is not only willing to create a Club of Premiers, but is already cooperating with that “club,” Hraparak writes. 

According to the newspaper, he included in the government program 25-30 provisions from former PM Hrant Bagratyan’s “100 steps” program. In particular, the government program includes the points on the creation of an investment fund, VAT revision at the border and subsidies for agricultural production.
