Haykakan Zhamanak: Who will be NA Chief of Staff?

The position of National Assembly Chief of Staff remains vacant. The authorities have no candidate yet, according to Haykakan Zhamanak. The newspaper notes that Eric Minasyan, a friend of NA speaker Galust Sahakyan, has been appointed acting Chief of Staff. 

The newspaper adds that former Justice Minister Hrayr Tovmasyan is considered a likely candidate for the position.
