Hraparak: Artashes Geghamyan most likely candidate for NSC secretary

Member of Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) parliamentary faction Artashes Geghamyan is considered the most likely candidate for National Security Council Secretary, Hraparak writes. 

Speaking to Hraparak, Geghamyan said that there has been no such discussion with him.
