Hraparak: Former Kotayk governor to be appointed advisor to PM

Former governor of Kotayk province Kovalenko Shahgaldyan will be appointed advisor to Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan, with the respective decision to be announced at the cabinet meeting on Thursday, Hraparak writes. 

Shahgaldyan was relieved of his post recently, and was replaced by former Nature Protection Minister Aram Harutyunyan.
