Citing its sources, Chorrord Ishkhanutyun writes that there is a fierce struggle between Armenian Ambassador to Ukraine Andranik Manukyan and Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan for the post of Armenian Ambassador to Russia since current Ambassador Oleg Yesayan’s term in office expires soon. However, according to the newspaper, Russia is against both candidacies.
