Hraparak: Samvel Alexanyan to be appointed Ambassador to Iraq

Media reports said last year that Samvel Alexanyan visited Northern Iraq, where he met with Iraqi officials and Kurdish circles. 

Hraparak learnt yesterday that Alexanyan has not only business but also diplomatic plans in Iraq. He will be granted diplomatic status. This issue is on the agenda of the Foreign Ministry. Armenian Ambassador to Iraq Murad Muradyan will resign and Samvel Alexanyan will take his place.
