Haykakan Zhamanak: Hrayr Tovmasyan to introduce dress code in NA

Newly appointed Chief of National Assembly Staff Hrayr Tovmasyan is thinking about establishing internal rules in the parliament, Haykakan Zhamanak writes. 

In particular, he plans to establish certain standards for MPs and journalists accredited to the National Assembly. The matter concerns introduction of a dress code, professional conduct of journalists and several other issues of this kind.
