Hraparak: Extreme situation in RPA faction

Secretary of the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) parliamentary faction Gagik Melikyan worked in a special regime yesterday, Hraparak writes. He was trying to find out whether the debate on the 2013 state budget execution report will finish so as to organize the vote. However, his efforts proved to be vain: it was announced that the vote will take place on Thursday.  

Speaking to Hraparak, Melikyan ruled out that there will be no quorum, adding that “a few persons are always absent.”
