Hraparak: Ukraine events may recur in South Caucasus

The Armenian authorities fear that in autumn the South Caucasus may see events similar to those that happened in Ukraine, Hraparak writes. 

So the authorities focus their attention on the activities of the Soros Foundation which is expected to give big sums to the civil society. Not only Russian Ambassador to Armenia Ivan Volynkin, but also emissary Kiselev is concerned about it. They are competing with European grants and try to allocate their grants before autumn since, according to reports, a group of ‘Maidan experts’ is coming to Armenia from Ukraine.
