Concert to honor renowned conductor Aram Gharabekyan

The Armenian Philharmonic Orchestra (APO) will give a concert in memory of conductor Aram Gharabekyan on July 4 at Aram Khachaturian Concert Hall, the APO press service told Panorama.am. 

Soloist Nune Badalyan (soprano) will appear with the Orchestra. The concert program includes Liszt: Preludes and Strauss: Four Last Songs (conductor: Vardan Hakobyan).

Aram Gharabekyan’s 59th birthday will be marked on July 7. The renowned conductor died on January 11, 2014 in the United States.
