Hraparak: Pashinyan, Bagratyan do not attend ANC faction meetings

Nikol Pashinyan does not attend meetings of Armenian National Congress (ANC) parliamentary faction held every Thursday, Hraparak reports. The faction held its last meeting of this summer Thursday. Nikol Pashinyan and Hrant Bagratyan were absent. Bagratyan, however, is away from the country.
