French envoy rules out arms sales to Azerbaijan

The French Ambassador to Armenia has ruled out any arms sales to Azerbaijan. 

Henri Reynaud told reporters Friday that he did not hear about such cases. “France as a co-chair state of the OSCE Minsk Group cannot avoid observing provisions outlined by the UN and the OSCE, i.e. it has to refrain from arms sales to conflicting countries,” he said.
