Hraparak: Russia withdraws frontier guards from Armenian-Turkish border

Russia is withdrawing frontier guards from the Armenian-Turkish border, Hraparak writes. The current proportion is 80/20, while the previous one was 50/50, with the Armenian-Russian agreement prolonged for 49 years. 

Well-informed sources say the decision is linked with Russian-Turkish interests and besides, the resources provided by Russia obviously “do not reach their addressee.”

“If you go to the border, you will see barbwire of 1930 in our age of nanotechnologies,” the sources add.
