Aliyev has to explain reason for military venture initiated by Azerbaijan

Assistant to the Press Secretary of the President of the Republic of Armenia Narek Nikoghosyan has made the following note on his Facebook page, “A trilateral meeting of Presidents of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia will be held tomorrow in Sochi where first of all President Aliyev has to explain the reason for the recent military venture initiated by Azerbaijan as well as for his xenophobic rhetoric.”
