Aravot: Armenian PM to punish ministers

“Sanctions” will be used against a number of ministers in the near future, Aravot writes. The newspaper notes that the Armenian Prime Minister instructed them to tackle a number of problems in Armenian provinces, however, the ministers fell short in their responsibilities. The instructions were given as a result of PM’s trips to provinces, during which he was accompanied by the ministers.
