ICRC: No progress in talks over repatriation of Armenian captive’s body

Talks over the repatriation of the body of Armenian citizen Karen Petrosyan are underway, but there has been no progress so far, head of communication programs of the ICRC Yerevan Office Zara Amatuni told Panorama.am.

“We keep in touch with Armenian and Azerbaijani authorities. Our delegations offered to act as an independent mediator in the talks, but an agreement of the two sides is necessary to proceed with the talks and make progress,” she noted.
