Hraparak: Armenian PM unable to decide whom to choose as spokesman

Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan has been holding his office for a hundred days now, but he still cannot decide whom to choose as his spokesman, Hraparak writes.

Sources claim this time head of the Public Relations Department of National Assembly Gohar Poghosyan got the nod. She was seriously lobbied, the newspaper notes.

The newspaper, however, failed to contact her for comment.
