Hraparak: Who will head Sevan hospital?

The hospital of Sevan will at last have a director, Hraparak writes. The first round of contest for the post, which has been vacant for a year, took place on August 20. Aram Nikoghosyan, Varuzhan Manukyan and Aghvan Karapetyan were the winning candidates in the first round. They all headed the hospital in different times.

It is not clear, however, whom the governor of Gegharkunik province will appoint to that position, the newspaper adds.
