Azerbaijan fires 1,900 shots in Karabakh direction

Azerbaijan violated the ceasefire about 240 times on Karabakh-Azerbaijan Line of Contact on August 17-22, with over 1,900 shots fired at Karabakh frontline positions from guns of different calibers, Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Ministry reports.

Armenian forces observed the ceasefire and took response measures only in cases of extreme necessity.
